Kemnay Parish Church relies on donations for the majority of its income. Our funds are used to carry out God’s ministry in Kemnay including Sunday worship, outreach and youth activities, and to allow us to meet our running costs, which include property maintenance, ministerial expenses, secretarial costs, insurances, heating and electricity.
For example, our outreach includes provision of free-to-view live streaming of each Sunday service via the internet, and your donations support the cost of the equipment and licences required to do this.
In addition, our fees to the Church of Scotland are used to cover the Minister’s stipend and to support mission and ministry activities across Scotland and worldwide
We encourage members of the congregation to give via monthly standing order. Please contact our FWO/Gift Aid conveners for our stewardship bank account details.
For other donations and payments to the church, we accept BACS transfer and international funds transfer. Please contact the treasurer for our general bank account details.
Alternatively, overseas residents may donate via the give.net site.
If you are a UK tax payer, don’t forget that your giving could be increased by Gift Aid. Please contact our FWO/Gift Aid for further details and for a registration form.
Donations may also be made during Sunday services, either by the open plate or using Free Will Offering envelopes. If you would like to receive Free Will Offering envelopes, please contact our FWO/Gift Aid conveners.
