Psalm 139 v7: Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens you are there; if I make my bed in the depths you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. Thank God for his love and care for you…
Psalm 139 v 4: Before a word is on my tongue, you Lord know it completely. You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand on me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me , too lofty for me to attain. Let these words sink in how the Lord KNOWS us. It seems beyond us, but He is with us at all times.
Psalm 139: You have searched me Lord and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Sit quietly with these words and let God speak to you through them.
Ask the Lord today to fill you with His Spirit so that you are enabled even more to be salt and light and be His hands and feet wherever you are. Ask Him to show you the gifts He has given you to use to glorify Him and share with others so they too may know Him.
“We are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses so let us throw off everything that hinders us and the sin that so easily entangles us and let us run with perseverance the race which is set before us fixing our eyes on Jesus the pioneer and perfector of our faith.” Hebrews 12 Lord help us not to be afraid to share our faith.
